Let’s face it we may not look forward to tending to our dental needs all the time, but it’s something that we must do. No more excuses, of being too tired to floss or forget to brush our teeth before bed.
Teaching your kids now will help instill lifelong habits they’ll thank you for later. Like substituting sugary juices with milk, drinking tap water for the benefits of the fluoride and the ‘2 minutes, 2 times a day’ rule (video below) will set them on the right foot for a lifetime of good oral hygiene.
